Accepted Payment Methods

JogTog accepts Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AmericanExpress, and PayPal. All transactions are in U.S. Dollars.


Safe and Secure

We use PayPal to process your transaction so it is protected from check to delivery. PayPal uses High grade 256-bit Encryption (AES-256) for payments and adheres to international PCI (payment card industry) CISP ( cardholder information security program) standards for data protection.


Sales Tax Policy

JogTog is required to collect California state sales tax and applicable county use tax if the shipping address is California. The appropriate rate is based on the shipping address.


Can I send my order as a gift?

Yes! Many of our customers give JogTog as a gift. Sorry, we don't currently offer gift wrapping.


Return Policy

We want you to be 100% satisfied with your JogTog. If you are not satisfied with an item that you have purchased, you may return the item within 30 Days for a full refund of the purchase price, minus the shipping and handling. Product must be in its original packaging and undamaged. For orders placed between Thanksgiving and December 25th, we accept returns through January 31st of the following year.


How do I return items from my order?

Shipping Policy

Standard shipping rates are based on product weight and destination and for orders within 48 contiguous United States. Additional shipping and handling fees apply to orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories, and Canada.

Shipping Times

Our goal is to process all orders within 2 days of receipt. Orders are processed and shipped during regular business hours (Monday through Friday 9:00 am-5:00PM PST). If your order is placed on a weekend or holiday your order will be processed the next business day.


How long will it take to receive my order once it is shipped?

Depending on the destination, please allow 7 business days for shipping.


APO/FPO & P.O. Box Addresses

For APO/FPO & P.O. Box addresses, all orders will be shipped via USPS only (expedited and Express ship methods are currently not available for APO/FPO & P.O. Box addresses). Standard delivery time frame does not apply to APO/FPO & P.O. Box shipments. The cost for shipping is based upon the weight and destination of your order and will be added to your order upon shipment.
